Conversational AI is one of the areas where we are seeing rapid expansion across industries in — the need for the generation of messages in a conversational tone providing valuable information can be seen in nearly every e-commerce platform or website. My last 4 years have been chock full of the ideation to launching of chatbots in the health tech space, so I guess you could call me a bit of a chatbot expert!

In this post, I am going to walk through the backend and frontend components of building a chatbot!
